Do you know what’s included with your kit?

We include many extras to help you stay organized and make it easier to get those pages done. Here are some of the things SFAC includes:

*A full color picture of the kit
*A content list of all the wonderful products and manufacturers in the kit
*All nestled nicely in a clear bag not a paper bag so that you can read what is in the kit and also see it to help you pull what you need or organize more efficiently
*Color photos of the Design teams projects created with the kit. How easy to become inspired as you peel open the ziploc to begin using the contents!

When do new kits go on sale?

Kits go up on our website at 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on the last day of every month. Kits are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

When are kits shipped?

Kits are mailed out on the 10th of each month.We will make every effort to ship out your kits as early as possible, depending on the volume sold. We completely understand your sense of urgency. We’re the same way…we want our kits NOW!

How do I sign up for a membership?

Click on ‘Membership’ on the Home Page or purchase a kit at the membership price. You will be directed through check-out as usual . We will contact you shortly after your purchase to set up recurring billing.
Purchase one kit at the membership price and your membership continues until you notify us otherwise.

You do not need to add the current month’s kit to your shopping cart if you are purchasing a membership.

I just joined as a Member. When do I receive my first kit?

You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your membership and your billing/shipping information. Kits will ship on the 10th of each month barring any unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to ship as quickly as possible. If the current month’s kit is sold out, then your membership will begin at the release of the following month’s kit.

When is my credit card charged?

Memberships are charged on the first of each month. Any separate purchases are charged immediately. Once payment is confirmed your order will be shipped out within 1 – 3 business days.

Can I order a kit, add-on and/or a project without being a member?

Yes. You do not need to be a member to make purchases. You can make a one-time purchase as long as the items desired are in stock. Be sure to check our member benefits in order to take advantage of a guaranteed monthly kit, discounted pricing of kits, and members-only specials.

What payment methods can I use to make a purchase?

You can make a safe and secure payment with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal account. Sorry, no personal checks or money orders.

Are all of your products acid-free?

All patterned papers, cardstocks and most embellishments are acid-free. However, some embellishments may not be acid-free (such as miscellaneous office products or vintage finds) as they originate from non-scrapbooking sources and are not manufactured specifically for scrapbooking.

What if something is missing from my kit or an item is damaged?

As a valued customer we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should an item be missing or an item damaged from shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at scrapforacure@yahoo.com and we will replace the item or do our best to reach an amicable solution with you.

What is your product substitution policy?

We make every effort to make each kit identical. However, due to shortages or backorders, we reserve the right to make product substitutions with products of comparable value and quality.

What is your privacy policy?

Scrap For A Cure will never share your personal information with any outside sources. Period.

Can I skip a month of membership?

After 2 months as a member, you are eligible to skip a month. We ask that you please notify us by the 1st of the month.

Can I cancel my kit membership?

Your membership is an “at will” membership and can be canceled through written notification. All email notifications must be received by the 15th of the previous month to cancel your shipment for the following month.
